Sugared Almonds:
We have taken care to select a perfect sugared almond to compliment our chocolate like we remember from childhood. Our sugared almonds are imported from greece. They are a whole scorched almond (not a half). The shape is rounded not flat and has a candy outer that is not too thick. Keeping to white almonds lets you play with the colours of our foils while still including a respectful traditional element to bomboniere.
