How do place an I order?
Our order form enables you to plan your purchases and helps us process your order quickly. You can return this via email, fax or post. You can also just email us with your order (We will need a Product Name, Quantity, Delivery Address a Contact Phone Number). You can also Phone Us: 0414 602 027 - We will send you back an invoice and await payment before forwarding your items.

How many chocolates are there per Kilo?
Each kilo of chocolate hearts has about 100-110 chocolate foil hearts per kilo. Estimate 100 per kilo and you will get a little bit extra. All other shapes will have differing quantities per kilo pls see listing for details.

What is the Expiry Date on your Chocolate?
At Chocolate Company we make fresh to order chocolate from buttons with 1 year expiry. As with all chocolate it will need to be stored correctly to get the maximum shelf life. Our specialty is fresh chocolate and it makes sense to order within 3 months of your occasion for maximum freshness.

What is the best way to store my chocolate?
Our chocolate is produced with 1 year expiry. Like any chocolate - it is best kept out of the fridge because it can take on fridge smells. Just keep in a cooler part of the house away from direct sunlight and it will be fine to keep until your event.

My wedding is not til spring/summer - when do I order?
Spring Weddings and leading up to Christmas is our busiest time of the year where processing times increase due to the volume of orders coming through. So be sure to order in advance!

Do you have samples?
We have 1 standard chocolate sampler bag which contains a few difference shapes and colours. As there are so many different styles its not possible to add every shape or style but if there is a colour you would particularly like to see pls mention it on the order form. Sampler bags are $15 (including gst & express post postage) To order a sampler bag please complete order form - enter "sampler bag"

Is the Chocolate Cadbury? Yes!
We use Cadbury coverture chocolate buttons to make all our chocolate. Cadbury coverture uses real cocobutter rather than vegetable oil or cocobutter substitutes. Its is the closest possible taste we can get to dairy milk. This means you get real tasting chocolate in a familar flavour that everyone knows and loves.

Can I choose just 1 colour? Yes

Can I choose a mix of colours? Yes up to 2 colours per kilo. On a 2kg order you can choose up to 4 colours.

Can I have a mix of chocolate styles? Choose 1 chocolate style per kilo. (eg. 1kg in Solid Milk Choc and 1kg with Mint filling - fillings are not available in summer.)

Can I have a mix of all the colours? Yes we can do a nice mix of what is in production on the day of dispatch - as we make fresh continuously we dont hold colours for any length of time so you will not receive all colours or equal quantities of each colour - just what we is in production that day - a lovely mix.

How long does it take to receive my order?
Generally we close off orders on Thursdays for delivery the next week. Normally 5-7 working days from the date of payment to delivery. If your order is urgent - pls phone it through or note the delivery date on your order form.

Can I rush an order?
We are normally fast to process orders. When placing an urgent order - pls mark it urgent on your order form or ring through the order on Ph: 0414 602 027. Paying via credit card is the best option - If paying via EFT tranfer pls allow for clearance times which will add to the processing time of your order. You can also make a deposit in person at any NAB - this will omit the payment clearance times with EFT and enable us to process your order even faster.

Can I pay via credit card?
Yes - we accept visa or mastercard. Payment via credit card incurs a 2.5% processing charge if your order is over $300. No charges apply for orders under $300 or payment via eft.

How do I pay for my purchase?
We will email you with an invoice which has all the payment details - We accept Credit Card: Visa or Mastercard or eft or cheque.
